I suppose the difference in the intelligence of pigs and other animals like dogs is the pig is smart and may seem affectionate, but they are always looking out for themselves. When I compare them to my dogs, the difference is clear. I know my dogs would not eat me if I suddenly fell unconscious in their presence. I have no doubt my pigs would...(makes it easier for me to enjoy a plate of ribs)

Reading your archives - love the pig story. Too true mine were always cute when then were little but the bigger they got you could just see that they were only thinking of were the next meal was coming from. Hence I never had a problem dressing them out.
