  1. I'm gonna leave the first comment:
Are y'all seeing a squished header photo at the top of PF?

Sometime in the last few days it's been compressed somehow.
    At least from here.
What's it look like to you?

  2. last week I was getting the compressed image just showing the bottom half and this week it's the upper body. I just thought you were changin' things around. Didn't get a chance yesterday to comment on what a beautiful picture you took of the spider web.Just stunning.

  4. nice jump, junior!

i assumed you decided to crop the header. the boys don't look as cold as they did last week. [with the cooler weather, that big summer shot made me think they were freezing!]

  6. Ya- campers decapitated. This post- I love the title, love the photo. Great shot- for both of you. Once, Abigail signed up for a 3 on 3 streetball tournament and they were the ONLY three, gender and race. They lost every game and won the regional championship by virtue of being the only girl's team to enter and a trip to Orlando (which we didn't let her take). But my photo shot is funny- it's Abby going UNDER and between the legs of opposing player to come up and make her shot. She scored.

It feels good to have healthy athletic children, yes?

  7. You go boy!! :) Yes, my header is squished too. I had to change it, you couldn't even tell it was a butterfly anymore.

  8. Ok, here's what I found in blooger help:
We've heard a lot of chatter over the last week about header images
and want to jump in the discussion, too. To set the record straight,
we changed the header image page element to automatically resize
uploaded images. Now, the images fit the header dimensions. Have you
ever tried to upload an image to your blog, but the image was just too
big and took up the entire front page of your blog? Well now with the
auto resizing, you no longer have to worry about this problem.

Not interested in auto-sized images? Don't worry. If you're still
hankering for the larger header images, you can add your header image
by editing your template code and adding the image yourself. See the
following article from one of our Blog*Stars for more details on how
to add a custom header to your blog: http://testing-blogger-beta.blogspot.com/2006/09/adding-graphic-to-your-blog-header.html

  9. Dani,
Thanks. I think Sharon has solved the riddle of the compressed headers.

    Lightnin,
    How you doin?
Read any great books since you know who went you know where?

    Laura,
    Thanks!
You should see him play! Years of soccer have made him into a supercoordinated longwinded machine.
    Amazing to me.

    Vicki,
It feels very good. Very blessed.

    Sharon,
You rock! (as my 7th grade students would say)
Thank you sooo much for sharing that info.
Should be a simple fix now that I read your comment.
