Except for the palm tree, I'd say you'd taken that photo in the Ozarks. I'm sure you've seen the postcard showing a shack like that with the caption "One more payment and it's ours!"
Love the shack. Too bad it was let fall to ruin. I will keep it in mind though if we have to move from here due to developement - hope the rent is cheap - LOL.

ReplyDeleteIt would be worth about $1,000,000 in St. Augustine.
ReplyDeleteI'm not kidding.
All I can see right now is WARM. Everything else is fixable.
ReplyDeletePablo,
ReplyDeleteThis was at Summer Haven south of St. Augustine. An old photo from the 80's I'm sure it's gone now.
DPR,
Daily floor washing courtesy of the tide.
Girl,
You could make a heck of a coop from that one.
Lightnin,
I think the cat would find plenty of rodents there.

You'll have to sign a lease.
Kevin,
You are right.Sad. This was just around from that bridge where we sunk my duck boat under the pilings.
Leslie,
It must be really cold where you are. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
Does that come equipped with its own gators, or do you have to import 'em?
ReplyDeleteWe have barns and houses like that here, too. But, not on the water...literally on the water.

Laura,
Check their weight first..a few of the floor boards are showing signs of wear...
It's a fixer-uper. A red tin roof how chic.

ReplyDeleteThat looks like houses I've seen in Tennessee...but where are the appliances on the front porch?
ReplyDeleteLMAO....
ReplyDeleteI'm about ready to shed this midwinter crazy weather, tornados and all for that shack!
Mac,
ReplyDeleteI think it needed a propper upper.
Vicki,
You could remodel this til doomsday.
Abandoned,
