The next get rich quick scheme. Guess what? I can drive a mile from here and take a photo of an identical hand written sign - same message, same phone number, and I'm what???...1,000 miles from you.
I heard a commercial on Air-America yesterday and the tagline was something like, "I made $10,000 last month in my pajamas." She must be the real estate apprentice wearing those pajamas.
That's almost as good as all the "YOU CAN MAKE THOUSANDS EACH MONTH!!!" ads that you see advertised ONLY in the "free to advertise" sections or on craigslist and so on.
I agree! Like they say: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"!
