In an amazing bit of nonserendipity, a virus (nuwar.blahblah) struck Pure Florida HQ's 4 year old Dell and just as I try to return, I am faced with the blue screen of death.
That might cause me to miss a post if I can't resolve it quickly.
I ran a Mcaffee scan in safe mode last night and am hoping to finish this sentence before it pops up again and shuts me down.
Perhaps the scan worked.
Holding breath.

Hey, Welcome back! I hope you get the virus in check.
ReplyDeleteOur home base is down for the count. I'm afraid we'll need to completely wipe it out and then re-load everything on it. I did finally get my work computer to work from home again though, so that's a start.
An Apple a day...
ReplyDeleteDang, somehow that doesn't seem quite fair. Hope you got it fixed!

ReplyDeleteHello? Are you there?
ReplyDeleteDeb,
ReplyDeleteI'm here. So far so good after a system restore and sacrificing a goat.
Dave,
Thank goodness for work computers as backup.
Vicki,
That would be the Mac with the cord flaw you were complaining about last week?
ThreeCollie,
My thoughts exactly.
Hope everything turns out okay with your computer. I don't know where I'd get my education if you couldn't blog. Everything I learned about Florida, I learned from you except that I already knew about the sand & seawater.
ReplyDeleteGet that thing fixed....and hurry back!!!!
Thanks Sandy!!!
