Already This Morning

Already this morning ...

Dogs have rolled in dewy grass ...

Collard babies have peeked into a sunlit world ...

Snowpealings have stretched new leaves ...

And the apex predator of PFHQ has driven the free flock into the trees and the caged flock into a panic.
Situation normal.

  1. Quite an impressive looking specimen, that apex predator! Practically god-like with his shiny coat highlighting a very muscular frame. I'm not fooled, though. I still see goofy puppy in his face. :)

  2. A busy lazy Sunday at PFHQ. I've merely lolled on a makeshift stoolette to snap a couple of insects (not to be confused with an insect couple) from dozens of angles. It amused me that Bear is looking up in both pics. And I'm now wishing I'd planted collards last month.

  3. I've never heard of "snow pealings." Please tell me what these are.

  4. Kimberlee,
Isn't he though? A Godlike goofy puppy!

    Sophie,
He has that kind of looking up personality :)
Hope you got some good bug shots ... nothing risque like the PF bugs.
I only planted these last week, so jump in if you still want to grow your own.

    Susan,
I do take certain ... um ... liberties with the language :)

  6. So there's no such thing? I'm not even sure what word you took liberties with. Hmmm.

  7. Patti,
The old ones said to tell you thanks for calling them Pups!

    Susan,
Well ... seedling, sapling, gosling, duckling ... see my train of thought?

  8. Awww, don't we all wish we could just roll in the dewy grass sometimes?

BTW, I just read about Frank and I think you're awesome!

How's the living room coming along?

  9. 3C,
    Good dog company.

    Just Right,
    Yes we do!
Living room has been stalled, waiting on our huge mantle to be shaped. I'm taking it home today so now I have to go to work in there again.
Thanks for the comment about Frank.
