I was looking for something to help me finish my roll of film so I went poking around my backyard looking for critters. In the bed of my "old doesn't run anymore, but I love it too much to get rid of it truck", something was moving. It turned out to be a pair of anoles and the male was doing some serious, "Look at me, look at my beautiful red throat patch" head bobbing. They were too involved with each other to worry about me so I was able to finish the roll and even shoot a little video.
It was generally a lucky day starting with the rat snake...I should have bought a lottery ticket.
