This is the Eastern Narrowmouth Toad. They look more "froggy" than "toady" to me, but I'm not in charge of amphibian taxonomy. They live in the leaf litter beneath my oaks and feed on termites and ants. Posted by Picasa

I gotta find an audio file of their call. We have a cacophony of frog sounds here on wet nights. I just don't know this guy's call.
