This is what I am supposed to be working on. Our house is in a constant state of remodeling...not because it's in disrepair, but because we CHOOSE to put ourselves through the hassle/expense/fun of changing things. These are some storage cubbies I am installing in what was wasted space beneath the stairs. The project has moved on a bit, but is still not done. We live amidst tools, boards, and cans of paint...I'll post a final shot when the job is done. Posted by Picasa

Nice. Home projects are so cool. I understand the hassle/fun/expense of changing things. We have tiling the kitchen counters and painting the exterior of the house for next winter and spring. We love those home improvement projects.

Rexroths Daughter,
I agree. They are way cool and the feeling of satisfaction when they come out right, THAT is a great thing. Today, I finished the final coat of poly on tongue and groove pine wainscoting that will go up on this hallway.
I find there seems to be a book for every aspect of construction and if I get the right book and the right tools, I can do anything.
Thanks for stopping by.
Take care.
