Disruption In The Flow....

Posted by Picasa

(About this picture...yes, I really did sit at the table and nibble and chip at some saltine crackers until I had a reasonable facsimile of heaven. I photographed it, saved it to good old Paint and created a blue ocean. I was eating homemade chicken noodle soup at the time so it seemed like a good use of a lunch break.)

There could be a disruption in the crumbs of _______ (fill in the blank) spewed forth by the Florida Cracker. Remodeling is finally requiring the removing of the computer from it's nest, the former den...now Jr.'s room.

I'm posting this just in case I don't get all the little cable thingies all mated back in the right manner. I am not expecting any weirdness, but you never know with 'puters and the people who operate them.

The good news is Emma's room has progressed to final touch ups, the window seat is done and she loves it. (Pause to bask in daughter's admiration). Jr.'s room is 80% and Kate's was the focus of some serious late night prepwork...stoppped at 0100 hours.

Sooooo, I am hoping to post later tonight or Sunday about my time with Greenpeace. That's a teaser, I know.

Back to work!

Wow. All I ever do with saltines is mindlessly munch on them. Uh-oh maybe I ate Georgia!

Thanks for the teaser. Can't wait.

Great teaser! Looking forward to your next entry. Now, it's Sunday already - does this mean that you haven't put things back together yet? No worries ... with all the work you're doing, I think we can give you a day or two to recuperate. :)

By the way ... I love what you did with the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. :)

I am quite impressed with your culinary artistry! I quickly thought that maybe I could get you to make me one of Missouri, but "Cracker" isn't the name traditionally given to Missourians. And a state map made of the Missourian epithet would not be as pleasing. Missourians in early history were known as -- I kid you not -- "Pukes." So we'll just pass on this idea.

Wayne,
I am afraid the GA cracker sacrificed everything for the chicken noodle soup.

Swamp,
You got it!

DPR,
I remember it took me 3 bowls of soup...

RD,
Saltines...they're not just for eating anymore.

Weary,
I stopped at 12:20 am last night. As for my map...don't try and navigate by it!

Pablo,
I'm going to pass on that one.

I hold you personally responsible for the new box of Saltines in our house. Nerd Boy saw this the other day and thought it was a good idea...not the map thing (which I could have turned into a homeschool project). Noooo. He wanted to eat all those Saltines with his double noodle, chicken noodle soup.

Very clever, though.

RM,
Nice word play...thanks!

Hick,
Surely you are not feeding that boy storebought canned soup? Shudder, the horror!
