Sandspit Critters












The photo above shows the two ends of a parchment tube worm case extending above the thin sheet of ebbing tide water.











Another prize at the end of a muddy trail was this tiny horseshoe crab.

I have seen alot of crown conchs and most tend to run about 3 inches or less. This guy was huge for this species.
