TD Number One.

Just slide this way and fill my pond.

Woodie,
I know what you mean.
Toast...Ash....Cinder.
All ring true.

I love the little ticker that says "Choose an Atlantic Storm." How about one with not much rain and hardly any wind, huh?

And no ducks.

Hoss,
No ducks??

FC - remember, if your house blows away, there's always a basement for you up in Kansas City!

So long as it JUST fills your pond... and not, you know, your house or anything yucky like that.

Nothing like a swimming pool where your house ought to be to wreck your day!

Pablo,
Thanks! Is that where you store your wine?

Mrs. S,
A pool would be nice, but outside of the house is my preference.

Yup, it sure will do a heck of a lot to ease the drought here...But I'm going to miss it cause I'm out of town week. :-(

Hopefully Alberto will just give you lots of rain and nothing else, to ease your drought conditions.

It's been pretty nice here...last night we got our 2" dose of rain. It's beginning to be a weekly thing.

Hurricane,
I know a weather fan like you hates to miss a good storm. Don't worry, there'll be more.

Abandoned,
We actually got some this evening and more should be on the way.

I'm a little late here - it's been a busy weekend and Monday morning.

Watching the progression and computer projections it's not likely we'll get the actual TD (now TS Alberto!). But it seems that it's drawing down some of our high pressure conditions that may give us a little bit of rain today.

Thanks, FC! Anytime you want to arrange one in the future, you're welcome to do so!

No problem Wayne, I figure I'll let this one pass and after things dry out and look clear and sunny, I'll just take the top off the JEEP again.
