An ingredient for tomorrow's Friday Florida Food Fest? 8-}
Speaking of which, have you recovered enough to have plans for th seafood festival in Yankeetown this weekend? They'll be blessing the fleet on the Withlacochee.
Oh, wait.. I almost forgot... you'll be in NPR, right? There's a seafood festivel in Hudson this weekend, as well. Idano about you, but I can never get enough seafod. 8-]
Ooh, Ooh... I know. The distended cranial matter of an alien found in the smoldering wreckage of a spaceship which was originally headed to the "It's a Small World" exhibit at Disneyworld.
The answer is up now, but those were some great, if not flattering, ideas. Flounder may want a nose job after being compared to algae, gator backs, fungi, and bug eggs.
Extra good guessing Swampy, Stacey, and ThunderDave. Yes, it was an extreme close up of doggy nose.
Oh! That's too cute and it's nice to hear myself chuckling. I followed you over from Three Collie's post about old dogs. Dang. I listened to that song "Stay'. If you didn't listen - don't, unless your lacrimal ducts need a good flushing.

Lightnin
Water on a very bumpy parking lot.
I don't know either, so I'm gonna guess a close up of a piece of coral/sea sponge???
Froggy? Mr. Toad?
Some kind of an egg sack thingy? I forgot the Science Name for them.
skin of a wet tortise?
sorry for whoever has such an awful looking skin condition.
Medium rare sirloin.
coral
It looks like the side of an alligator.
I agree with susan - looks like alligator to me.
Are you annoying your dogs?
closeup of doggie nose?
how about a pet paw(bottom side) with a sticker in it?
4-week-old tapioca pudding?
Some kind of snake, maybe?. Knowing you, probably a water moccassin or some other poisonous critter you saved from the road.
Figgy pudding? I don't know, I'm clueless. :P

algae
eggs or the back of an alligator coming up out of the river to sun on the banks?
Like Danielle said, I thought it looked like an alligator... and just what were you doing up so close? ;)
I agree with Swamp4me and Stacy063. It's either a dog's nose or a rotted hedge apple!
A close up of some forest Fungi?

Thanks to all of you for playing along!
you are not getting within 1,000 miles of my personal skin with that lens, mister.
skritches to flounder, though.
Doggy nose...I could never have guessed that, although I should know it.
Sorry for thinking your nose looks like a snakeskin, Flounder.
hahahhaha! got me there.
Po' Flouder!! You'd think I'd recognize a cold, wet nose in a heartbeat! LOL
Now that was very very funny!!!
I really like Dr. Know's answer...
Poor Flounder, I'm sorry. :) You have a very handsome doggy nose. I've just never seen one up that close and personal before!
Kathy A,
Flounder absolutely loves skritches. In fact, he's quite the pest about it.
Deb,
I'm not sure I would have gotten that puzzler right either, and I kiss Flounder's nose daily.
HT,
All is forgiven.
Laura,
Yes, I would!
Danielle,
Thanks, fun from this end too!
Swampy,
He should get the scifi creativity award.
Sharon,
Funny how the landscape looks different at that level!

Cathy,
I made the mistake of listening to it.
Loved it.
Killed me though.
Oh Flounder.. I OWE you some sirloin due to my comparison! That was fun!
Yay - I'm a winner!
