This is an Air Boat. The large fan on the stern of the boat pushes the craft instead of a prop in the water. You either love air boats or you hate 'em. If you love 'em, you do so because no other boat can go where the airboat can go. The airboat doesn't even need water. You can scoot across mudflats to secret holes where "regular" boats can't go. Airboat haters hate the incredibly loud noise they make. Airboats and bird dog boats are traditional Florida boats that can still be spotted along Florida's last frontier.
