It's Sunday, a great day to continue this lazy beach walk theme. Here we see the rare "Cutie Pie" seal which has hauled itself out of the water to sun. These seals often create unusual sand formations in their basking area. This may be a territorial signal to other pinnipeds. Little is known of this species...they can be quite mysterious.
