PreDawn Pig Wrestling

Today is registration day for the fair pigs. They will be officially recorded and get yet another tag in their ear. Ouch! (I hear humans also get these... and voluntarily! )

So, as soon as their was a wee bit of light, I backed the trailer up and snatched her little porky butt up into my arms (no pic) and into the trailer. I'm sitting here smelling decidedly piggy, but there's no sense cleaning up until I return her to her pen later this morn.

Now as soon as Jr. gets fully awake, we are off to the fairgrounds for registration.

Mrs. FC is up north in Atlanta for the SEC Football championship game and I am hugging pigs...

... ain't life grand?

I promise a real photo FC style post later today. Gotta go.

Post when you can. I visit several times a day, and when my cantankerous cache allows it, I even get to see your posts on the day you make them.

Way to go Mrs. FC! She must be quite a fan leaving you behind so you can tend to piggy details.

Pablo,
It turned out to be later than I thought, but I was Mr. Chore today. I'm sorry I don't know what the cache problem is with PF.

Likes2mtnbike,
Okay, whose side are you on?
:) Actually, Mrs. FC knows I'd be bored stiff at a football game.

ThreeCollie,
At least she's a fairly clean little pig.

Laura,
FANatic you mean!

Sandy,
She is a hopeless sports addict. That and now Sudoku or whatever they call it.

I bet Mrs. FC is pretty happy today.

Kevin,
Yup! She's on her way home from Atlanta and is totally pumped.
This is a good thing.

I can relate with Mrs. FC... I like football a lot more than my hubby does. But I don't think he'd pass up a trip to a live game! I suppose Mrs. FC was happy with the result. I can't believe I forgot to watch it on tv!

Likes2mtnbike,
She's not home yet, but we are all relieved to know she is coming home in Victory mode vs ... well, you know how fans are.

Rurality,
We are definitely in role reversal when it comes to team sports.
