Flounder getting brushed by Mrs. FC.
38 degrees here this morning with lots of wind .
That's a little too close to freezing for a guy whose blueberry bushes are laden with fat berries already blushing.
I packed all of my winter clothes away deep in the attic last weekend since winter was obviously over ... the kids were swimming in the springs Saturday!
I hope you work some coziness into your day.
Just follow Flounder's lead.

Yep, I actually had to scrape my windshield up here near the Georgia border (Coonbottom, FL... outside Havana...) But this is it, right?! No more winter!!! The garden goes in this weekend!!! :)
Chris
I'm just thankful it wasn't frost...my flower gardens went in last weekend ;)
Happy doggie! Hope your blueberries made it okay. We had a freeze, but nothin' is doin' nothin' yet...although the peepers are peeping!
Flounder looks so content. 30F degrees here this morning and a ground frost. Yesterday it didn't break out of the 40s. Did I mention how tired I am of this?
Flounder is such a sweetie. That's what happens as soon as you pack your winter clothes away in the back of the closet-never fails!

I'm betting that that 38 degree temp will sweeten up those blueberries. Time will tell!
We're definitely done with winter here. We were 79F yesterday and supposed to be 75F here today. Yesterday we actually had very high humidity (70% or so) which is odd for here. They tell me in about a month we'll hit summer and it will remind me of the SW US, up to 120F but low humidity. You know, like living inside your oven! ;-)
Your weather today strangely resembles Minnesotarctica's for once. It was about 30 and windy when I woke up, but the high approached 60. And windy.
Chris,
This should be it.
Of course I thought that last week.
Danielle,
Close call!
3C,
No real freeze so the bb's should be fine.
Robin,
Funny how close our temps are considering our lat differences.
Momadness,
He is the essence of sweetie!
:)
Flat,
I think you are right!
Thunderdave,
Brace yourself!
Deb,
Very much like our forecast for today.
Too weird.
Cozy, cozy! Labs do love a pillow for their sweet heads, don't they?
Yes, I want my April weather back. This is more like early March, not mid-April. I blame tax day. :)
You KNOW I'm not complaining!! :)
Laurahinnj,
VERY sweet heads! But you know that.
:)
Alan,
Yes, that must be it.
Sharon,
LOL!
