Roseate Spoonbills

It's been a busy first week of school here on the island and I needed the Roseate Spoonbillian send off as I headed home.

It was a good busy, I'm not complaining, but busy is busy, and I'm looking forward to the weekend.

Pink birds.
On a regular basis, no less.
How sweet it is.

How sweet it is.

They are so beautiful and I wondered what you were hearing. Just checked All About Birds for their sound. I would imagine they are very vocal as they search for food with their flock. What a wonderful sight on your way home!

Such a wonderful sight after the first week of school. They are so beautiful. I like Suzanne's idea of checking their sound. I'm heading over to All About Birds right now to take a listen. Lovely images, FC.

Sweet, indeed. As long as it's not in iced tea.

Oh, they are lovely. And they are dressed in one of my favorite colors.

Hey!
Thanks for the comments! Our pink birds are in for some messy weather I think! So calm and clear here tonight. Isaac is on the way though.
