Kinda gives new oomph to the phrase.. so ugly it's cute. They kinda blob together into one three-headed little mass, don't they?

Don't blink because they'll be gone in 14 short days!

I do apologize for promoting something on my site again, but I have a photo-journal of Carolina Wrens, from birth to fledging, in the "His Creation" section of my website, if anyone is interested.

Happy Wednesday!

oh, gosh, I hope the next thing you did was put down the camera and feed them. How can you resist those open beaks?

What does a bird have to do to get some food around here? Very fine wordless wrensday post.

PS--We're sitting in a parking lot, getting wifi internet access. Seeing that pic made it all worthwhile.

Did Mama Wren mind that you were all up in her nestling's faces with your bad self?

JoJo,
It was just a bit of serendipity that I got this shot Tuesday in time for Wrensday.

Sophie,
I think the cute comes later.
:)

Susan,
Promote away! That's how we find each other. I never mind that.
I got some pics of the parents bringing bugs back today.

Wren,
I hope you like this post!
(Even tho your blog hates me)
All I had to do was step away and the parents did all the feeding needed.

Robin,
Yeah! Glad to hear from y'all. I'm watching the fire news and wondering about you.

Miz S,
I slipped in with my bad self while the parents were off at the bug store.

Doug,
You speak wren?

Just,
Welcome to Pure Florida!
They are creepy at this stage.
I'll drop in!

3C,
Gotta make my rounds to check it out!

Awww...Carolina wrens?

We have a nest of baby phoebes under the eaves of the cabin, just outside the window from the computer. I should try and get a picture sometime.

Deb,
Yes, they are in a hanging basket on the porch.
